I started working in the
telecommunications business in 1978 with General
Telephone Electronics (GTE). While at this
company I acquired skills in basic telephony, AC/DC
theory, installation of PBX equipment, and other
voice wiring applications. I have certifications
on several different telecommunications products,
such as Mitel Lucent, Northern Telecom, Panasonic,
NEC, AVT, Active Voice, IVX, Iwatsu, and Fujitsu.
All of the products listed required various hours of
study, training, and testing in order to receive
that companies certifications.
The purchase of Allied Technologies has allowed
me to take an already thriving small company and
develop it into a thriving mid-size company.
